WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Orders are shipped using the following rate scale:
Standard / $7.95 / 3-7 Business Days
Second Day / $14.95 / 2 Business Days
Overnight / $26.95 / 1 Business Day
USPS Standard Shipping is complimentary with orders $35+. For Second Day and Overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST to be shipped the same day. Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing. Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Overnight shipping is not valid on orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These orders will ship USPS Ground, with an expected delivery of 3-7 business days.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.

Undeliverable packages (return to sender) will be subjected to additional charges. Please refer to our Terms
CANADA SHIPPING
Packages to Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) international priority mail. Shipping time is estimated between 7-10+ business days. Please be advised that for international shipping, delays may occur due to foreign customs. Once the package has passed through foreign customs, Canada Postal Service will handle delivery. Tracking will then be available through Canada Post. Customer is responsible for all custom charges, fees or taxes that are due at the time of delivery. Undeliverable packages (return to sender) may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, customers will not be eligible for any refunds.
